1. How can I purchase artwork from your site?
Select your desired artwork from our “Shop” tab. Once your items have been added to cart, you will be able to check-out and complete your purchase.
2. What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Bancontact, Eftpos, Google Pay, iDEAL, Shop Pay, UnionPay and Afterpay.
3. What shipping options do you offer?
Free shipping on all Australian orders. Price is calculated at checkout for international orders. Tracking is sent to the email entered on your order.
All art ordered from Tegan Kiri is sold on a made-to-order basis here in Australia. Please allow 3-5 business days for printing and 2-3 weeks for framing. All orders are shipped directly from the printers in QLD, Australia. Shipping time will take a further 2-10 days varying on your location.
Prints are shipped in protective packaging, and framed orders are shipped in a heavy duty box.
High volume orders and busier time periods may result in delays. A combination of private courier, Australia Post and DHL are utilised.
4. Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Due to the nature of production being a, “made-to-order” basis, we don’t offer returns or exchanges for change of mind. If your package arrives and the contents of your order is damaged, please reach out here within 24 hours of the delivery date. Please include your corresponding order number and photos of damages to help with processing your enquiry.
5. Are the artworks on your site originals or prints?
Both originals and prints are sold on the Tegan Kiri website. Works will be listed under either a print or original category. Please read the product description for details.
6. Can I commission a custom artwork?
Commission or custom artwork is not currently open - updated July 2024. Please use the contact form if you wish to discuss future works or availabilities.
7. Are the colours of the artworks accurate on the website?
Discrepancy in colour accuracy due to differences in monitors and screens may occur. We have done our best to match the prints to the original colours and images listed on the website are direct scans of the original paintings. Please be aware that your print may look different in different lighting situations.
8. Do you offer framing services?
We offer both unframed and framed prints. Please see product listings for options and more details.
9. Can I see more detailed photos of the artwork before purchasing?
Photos of artworks are contained within each product listing. Additional photos or close-ups of the artwork are available upon request.

11. Do you offer discounts or promotions?

13. Can I sell your artwork in my retail store or gallery?

14. Do you have gift cards available?

15. Are there any restrictions on how I can use the artwork I purchase?
Rights to artwork (this includes but not limited to, the purchase of originals, prints, current and/or future reproductions of any kind, and commissions) remain the sole property of Tegan Kiri, including beyond purchase.
The purchase of any item, original or otherwise, does not grant permission to create/mint the piece into an NFT, print and distribute in any form, or reproduce in any way by means of profit and/or otherwise.
Collectors may not reproduce artwork in any way without express written permission from Tegan Kiri. Posting images of items purchased online or via social media does not breach this clause.
